HQ. Usually HD has HG, too. : p

true but also mostly HD videos also have bigger screen

I prefer HD, but it takes a lot of time to load, and for my stupidly slow connection it takes a whole day!! So i usually go for HQ.

I got a good connection so I don't have alot problems with HD. but saving HD videos takes alot of time

I prefer High Definition, because it has a clearer picture and has more details than Standard Definition.
