Next to every post, there are plus(+) and minus(-) signs. Click on one of them to change user's reputation. Every plus is 1 point of Reputation.

My advice: Make good posts to get big reputation. Wink

This reputation thing is like getting thumbs up or down on YouTube comments - If someone gets negative, they go all angry.

If I happen to receive a positive rep, it's like getting a rank promoted in Tekken. xD And I always think what post of mine got rep'd up...
If I happen to receive a negative rep, uh... yeah. I can't do a thing about it.
