this is the prime of fighting games. always a classic that feels good to be remembered

Never played it, but looks cool!

lol go for it, personally tekken and Sould calibur series are enough for me

but street fighter has this especial place in my heart because it was the 1st fighting game i ever played

The only Street Fighter games I've played are Street Fighter Alpha 3(PS1 verseion, GET IT!), Super Street Fighter II: The New Challengers(I have it, SNES, on Wii Virtual Console) and Street Fighter IV(PS3 version, I have this one too).

Anyone looking forward to Super Street Fighter IV coming next spring? I am. Definetly. Going. To. Get. It.

I love the street fighter series, it was the first fighting game
I ever played. I was 5 years old when I played it, and
Chun Li was my role model at the age of 5. And to this day
Chun Li is still the #1 of my mains whe I play a Street Fighter game.

Alright, I've started to use Abel in Street Fighter IV, one of the newcomers in that game. He has Special moves for almost every motion I know in the game:
* Quarter circles forward and backwards( punch or kick )
* Z-motion(Shoryuken, anyone? This move grabs people from the air. ANTI-AIR!)
* 180 degrees backwards(f-df-d-db-b)

Damn. And he can land his Ultra Combo after [Crouch] Heavy Punch. HOLY COW.

Kinda like me, except when I was at the age of 5 I played Tekken (3). Ling Xiaoyu was my favourite character(instead of being a role model) in that game. Well, the first one to be exact.

it looks awesome, doesnt it? Im not really a huge Street Fighter Fan myself, but after watching this, it made me wanna buy this game! (will be realeased in Spring 2010)

I saw this trailer the other day, and the trailer only made me to want the game more. I was already excited about this Super Street Fighter IV when it was first announced. I never really felt like playing as Guy in Alpha 3, but I'll definetly try him out in S. Street Fighter IV. Yeah.

just got Street Fighter IV a few weeks ago and it's my second favourite fighting game on the PS3 (Soul Calibur IV is number 1)

Too bad I can't share your joy anymore. I don't like the game that much. Not after I got to play this.

And seeing what choices were made for 3rd Strike characters for Super Street Fighter IV, no. None of them were my favourites, or even characters I was interested in. Some stupid female ninja Ibuki, a a female who reminds me of Karate Kid and the gentleman boxer Dudley. No. I'll pass Super Street Fighter IV.
