As the Cannes film festival gets into its second week, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe is preparing to launch a new highbrow film service for the PlayStation 3.
It's called Mubi
CEO Efe Cakarel confirmed to PlayStation Europe that launch territories will be the UK and Ireland; France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Gibraltar and Andorra; Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg; and Australia and New Zealand.

no word from that one though.
I doubt something like that will be announced at E3 let's wait for gamescon

Not everyone has broadband connections worth of 1 GB (do they even exist yet?), we need to wait at least eight years before it would make sense for games over 10 GB to be even downloadable.

The file size is large, very large. Things need to evolve from the technical point of view more than your favourite Digimon.

So thus, I do not want such giant file sizes for games simply. Not yet.

PS3 was way too powerful to emulate some of the PS2 games, thus the support for it was removed in later models.

X360 has an update for original XBox games, thus I believe X360's hardware does not differ out from XBox 1's too much (though some games DO have emulating problems).
And the XBox Classics probably don't even take 5 giga bytes, whereas the poll was about having games worth of 10 giga bytes of space.

Just because PS3 has it's technical limitations doesn't mean Sony exactly is behind the times against Microsoft and it's X360.

I mean, really, things like 30 MB broadband connections aren't that much boasted or anything yet. You could always just import older stuff from online stores.

At the moment the rumor is there that Sony is working on a PS2 Emulator for the PS3
(possibly for PSN+)
but I am talking about games such as Resident Evil 5 (is 7GB but close to 10GB) and Soul Calibur IV (4GB) which is quite less)
so my point is Soul Calibur IV could be brought to the Playstation Store Resident Evil 5 perhaps

I did some research about PS3 Tekken PS2 Compatibility (for the ones who do not know)

and here are the results
20/60 (US Japan)
Tekken Tag no problem
Tekken 4 no problem
Tekken 5 in TIME ATTACK mode when Xiaoyu is selected as player, the title does not recognize the controller input when the user progresses to STAGE 6. All conditions have been resolved on PS3 System Software Version 1.10.

PAL 60GB US/Japan 80GB
Tekken Tag
At a random point during the Introductory FMV sequence, the FMV cuts-off.
Throughout the Demo mode FMV sequence and gameplay, title performs at a significantly slower than normal performance speed.
At a specific point preceding gameplay, the title hangs.

Tekken 4 During a specific FMV sequence, graphic corruption appears for approximately 1 second.

Settings changes
Power Save Settings now defaults to two hours for auto-shutoff.
[Automatic Download] has been added as an option on the [Settings] menu for PlayStation Plus subscribers
Deep Colour Output (HDMI)
Network changes
Users can now purchase subscriptions for PlayStation Plus and receive features granted by the service.
Users can now rate content on the PlayStation Store they have purchased with one through five stars.
The respective user's Trophy level is now displayed next to the user's ID on the [Friends] list.

Photo changes
