My opinion is that Leo's a girl, she has women hairstyles and you can't buy her "shirtless" item.

I go with any couple:

Lili and Jin (cause she's blonde and he's dark-haired)
Xiaoyu and Jin (cause I just love Xiaoyu)
Xiaoyu and Leo (cause in the manga Xiaoyu thought he was cute)
Leo and Lili (cause Leo calls Lili her "my lady")
Lili and Hwoarang (cause a lot of people likes them)

the rest...I just go with the flow of things...hehe
