Re: Final Fantasy Dissidia
I did want to pick this up along with the PSP 3000 (my old 1000 is getting old), but I'll hold off for a while. I have to pay my taxes XD
Anyway, I can't say I've been a big fan of Sqeenix's newest games, although Dissidia always interested me just because of the inclusion of all those characters! All I really give a hoot about are Kefka, Sephy, Ultimecia, and MAYBE Jecht. I don't know anything about the battle system though and I don't really have the patience to sink hundreds of hours into what will undoubtedly be a single-player fighting game experience for me.

Re: Final Fantasy Dissidia
My friend has the Demo of this game(I helped him to get it working -> latest PSP firmware update). This game is great for a handheld(exclusive) console.
If it only had Kingdom Hearts characters in it...
The Demo has Onion Knight, Terra, Sephiroth, Cloud and Cecil as playable characters, with Normal and Hard Mode, 5 stages and that's about it. I always play on Hard Mode for better(or more?) moves.

But be warned -> You don't really have much moves to vary your tactics between, so seeing as you main Hwoarang, you might get annoyed by two on-ground and two in-air special moves. BUT you have Brave moves, which take away your opponents Brave(yea, you have a few of those too).greekman wrote:woot i'll consider
Brave is what makes your Special moves stronger, so the higher the Brave you have and the lower the Brave your opponent has, the better for you.
If you have the EX mode in use(get a certain bar on the left full or something), try do their Limit Break or something. The way you inflict damage varies between characters. With Onion Knight you gotta find "Shuriken" or "Holy" command from the "command list". If you manage to do it before the final blow, have some free Brave.
