Tekken 6 is very good game, I love tekken series .Tekken 6 is the best fighting game ever for me.But I play Uncharted at now...

Re: Tekken 6 Review
I really think Tekken 6 is a well done game personally i prefer it over Tekken 5 but the things i didn't like was how they changed most of my favorite combos or removed them compleatly! It was very nice to be able to change my background for the main menu and the music too, adds a little FEEL to it.
The Tekken 6 story is stupid the story itself is very quick and was only that long because they to had to add every damn character in the game and made it kind of dull
When you think OUTSIDE of Lars/Alisa/Jin in diffrent stories we don't get to know anything, in Pauls prolouge we don't get to know they recruited Steve so how were OTHER people supposed to know why Steve was in his ending? I don't understand why they had to end the Armour King story so quickly. I was happy to know who he was but i wanted maybe a little BONUS fight, they could make that fight into a requirement to unlock Tag Team battle which also would add more feeling to it
I really like Tekken 6 but the game has a suckish story soooo its a Dissidia copy in a way :/ but overall i give it a 8,5/10

Re: Tekken 6 Review
I personally think that Tekken 6 goes to my list of worst PS3 games.
It feels so unfinished.
Scenario was to short.
Online was terrible (luckily they improved it now)
seriously did this game really need 4 years of developing!!! NO!! it only needed one year from my point of view

Kazamafan they had other games to create maybe they needed the Tekken 6 crew for something else, Or maybe they lacked some very importent workers!

Re: Tekken 6 Review
So would've taken a glitchy Tekken 6 instead waiting for a more glitch-proofed one?kazamafan15 wrote:that's still no excuse for the long wait
Re: Tekken 6 Review
Are graphics everything? I would sooo go rude now, but instead I'll say this:kazamafan15 wrote:they don't need years for that look at Uncharted 2 (it needed just 2 years)
Tekken 6 was originally released two years ago, and the console version has always been a port from Arcades. Uncharted 2 got recently released. Of course the graphics have a fairly big difference(if they have any... -_-). And if you think Scenario Campaign was bad, at least they tried. I bet it would've took hundreds and hundreds of testings and fixing because you get a free 3D movement and a Tekken-ish movement in the same thing. It would have definetly not been a glitch-proof the first time it once got coded.
Re: Tekken 6 Review
I actually think it must be very hard for the Tekken 6 team..first they created the normal tournament and fighters with graphics and securing of glitches etc. that took 2 years..then for the console version they had to add more, characters make scenario campaign, upload every fighting style to a certain character and making sure he can do it without glitching, then comes the storyline, how it flows, what characters say
Id say all that is kinda well done in Tekken 6...for only 4 years

Re: Tekken 6 Review
First of all, just don't compare Uncharted 2 to Tekken 6. (U2 is the game of this year and according to reviews the best thing ever created in the world of video games, there's no need to compare it.) I'll say gameplay or graphics wise, Tekken 6 is the best game in the series. However, the story feels very unfinished everywhere you look.
- even Tekken 4 had 3 prologue artworks
- Story mode is worse than in the previous game. (I expected at least one cutscene for each character other than the ending, I'm sure that's not a big deal to make.)
-Endings are shorter and less serious, more joke endings than actual story plot twists. But then again, there are 40 freaking characters so we can't blame them for lenght.
- before the release of the game, they had all those story trailers and footage that it made me believe that this game will have excellent story! However, Namco was too lazy and they took all the footage from characters's endings or previous trailers. They also used the same soundtrack for most of the trailers...
- one thing I like is that every character can interact with any other character in scenario mode! That's so sweet...but instead of that I would prefer cutscenes in story mode!
Overally, it's my favourite Tekken game of the series.

U2 is not the best game ever...its just the best game of 2009 and that does not say alot seeing as games have been going downhill since graphics took over all marketing....

There's not a game that is likeable by everyone, if you don't like it's your deal.

Graphics are the last thing that amazes me about U2. It's no my opinion, the game has received the most positive reviews ever.
Read this(if you are lazy just read the bold lines, it's from the most famous video games websites and critics):
Uncharted 2 received universal critical acclaim with a GameRankings score of 96.22% and a GameStats score of 9.6/10.[31][32] The game also received a Metacritic score of 96 out of 100[33], making it the most critically acclaimed game of 2009.
The first publication to review Uncharted 2 was the French edition of PSM3. In their review, they called the game "Long, visually stunning, deep and explosive, Uncharted 2 combines all the qualities you can find in a videogame, and more! A new milestone has been reached in the videogame history." The magazine awarded the game its first ever, 21/20.[49] The second review was by PlayStation: The Official Magazine, which awarded the game a perfect score. In their review, they stated, "Forget Game of The Year. This is one of the greatest games of all time!".[46] The UK edition of the magazine also gave the game a perfect score.[47] IGN gave the game a 9.5 out of 10, saying "No, Uncharted 2 is not perfect, but it's closer than pretty much any other game out there these days."[45] GameSpot gave 9.5/10 saying "Uncharted 2 is a complete game that is completely awesome."[41] Gamesradar gave it 10/10, saying "Simply put, Uncharted 2 is a reason to own a PS3."[43] G4 gave the game a 5 out of 5. Adam Sessler remarked Uncharted 2 is the "best single-player experience I have ever played", while listing one of the game's cons as "It has an ending".[38] 1UP.com scored it A+, commenting on the game's high quality music and sound[50] and Eurogamer scored the game 10/10 stating that "The attention to detail is beyond compare."[37] PixlBit said, "Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is easily one of the best games on the PlayStation 3," and awarded it 5/5 stars.[51] PSX Extreme said, "it is without question the best game the genre has seen in a very long time." GameTrailers scored the game 9.3 / 10, saying that "if you own a PS3, you got to have this game." The Guilty Geek said,"The game is everything that the first was but bigger and better," stating it could easily obtain the Game of the Year award.[52] Edge gave a 9/10 saying "Ultimately, no one will disagree that Uncharted 2 is one hell of a ride, and the best PS3 action game to date."[36] ScrewAttack recently put Uncharted 2 on their list of the Top 10 PS3 exclusives at #1.[53].
Ok we went off topic again, what I was trying to say: This game whether you like it or not is definately a masterpiece.

Re: Tekken 6 Review
I appreciate your opinion Jergi but just because it gets positive reviews does not mean thats its better than everything is..its just that more people got off their rump and started writing a rewiew..back in the SNES, PSX, N64 age if internet were like this how many great games would there be then?
U2 is not in my opinion the best game ever..

That seems pretty obvious, because you have your favourite games and I have my favourite games and Kazamafan has his favourite games, doh..

Back on topic, yo!
I dislike getting the items in SC. It kind of removes any reason to BUY stuff.
I'm gonna quote Kefka here and say.
I HATE HATE HATE it.
