Soul Calibur

yeah the star wars characters (not yoda) are my favourite game characters.
I would like to play online again but there's hardly anyone playing SCIV online anymore

I think Namco should re-release Soul Calibur 1 2 and 3 on PSN!

Soul Calibur I has been re-released on XBox Marketplace. It's a Dreamcast game and I don't know what has kept the game from being released on PlayStation Store as well. If I had that game at least played....

Soul Calibur II and III both are for PS2 (SC2 for GCN and XBox too), but wasn't PS2's technology or the emotion engine that was tough for PS3 emulate in any way? The 60 GB model of PS3 had the emulation problems with some PS2 games. We haven't even got a single PS2 game to PlayStation Store (they take plenty of space, that's for sure) and I personally haven't seen any signs for that to happen.

Maybe Arcade versions of those two games could released? I see it more likely. They take less space, Tekken 5 DR for PS3 was a mere Arcade port with a few game modes....

thats why i like him, because he is the character from tekken and there he is one of my favorite characters

He was originally a Tekken character. What made Namco to put him in Soul Calibur, that I don't know. I would like to know though.

But the bottom line is that there's a character that is very similiar to Tekken's Yoshimitsu, and that's what matters.
