Vs. Series Empty Vs. Series

Alright, anyone familiar with Vs. Series? If not, does this name ring a bell...

Marvel vs Capcom 2
Vs. Series Marvel_vs_capcom07

Vs. Capcom games are usually 2D crossovers with [insert a brand here or something] against Capcom's characters, with Marvel vs Capcom being the most notified.
Vs. Capcom games have always been fancy 2D fighters with mind blowing sprite grapichs and animation with super-duper combos that could blow your tv away!

Since the games have been 2-Dimensional, they are fast. And that is what pleases most of us, right?

Recently the classic game Marvel vs Capcom 2 got re-released as a downloadable title for PlayStation 3 and XBox 360, both have the Trial version of the game(which supports only 2-players though pale ). Marvel vs Capcom 2 consists of two teams of three battling out in hectic battles with Super combos filling the screen. From Marvel's side there are your favourite comic book characters, which include Spiderman, Hulk, Wolverine among others. From Capcom's side there are many Street Fighter characters(Ryu, Ken, Guile, Chun-Li and more) as well as characters from Capcom's other games, like Hayato. Hell, even Mega Man is in.

The game is fun, great for casual fighting, since the game is a bit broken at times.
Come on, you gotta be taken for a ride! Very Happy

Marvel vs Capcom 2 controls consists of 4 attack buttons(Light Kick/Punch and Heavy Kick/Punch) and 2 Assist Buttons to call your partners to aid in battle. Try combine all three characters' Super Combos into one, BIG BLAST.

There are other Vs. games as well, but I am not so familiar with them. But I DO know that Marvel vs Capcom 2 is probably the only Vs. game to have three-on-three battles, while other games have two-on-two. Here's a link to Marvel vs Capcom -series' Wikipedia article. Go look around for other Vs. Capcom games for more detailed information.

There is a new installment coming for Nintendo Wii exclusivily(unless you count Arcades), Tatsunoko vs Capcom. It pits the japanese Tatsunoko cast against Capcom's own army of destruction. Two-on-two, pick any character combinations just like before and BLAST the Super Combos across the screen!

I want Marvel vs Capcom 2 and Tatsunoko vs Capcom. Other Vs. games must not be so rubbish as well. Hadouken! Berserker Barrage!

Ryu got Metsu Hadouken in Street Fighter IV as his Ultra Combo. Cool
Spiderman's taunts are for lulz in Marvel vs Capcom 2. I should make a video about'em. Laughing
